Physical Violence: Given the nature of Nagisa's canon, definitely.
Relationships: Yep! As long as there isn't like a massive age gap (canon age 14-15, adult if timeskip)

Kissing: He did it as part of his training with Irina, so he has practice! It does make him nervous still, though.
Flirting: Definite yes, but he's awkward when it comes to his feelings....
Smut: It depends on age difference and whether we're using his canon age or timeskip age... Talk to me first.
Injuring: Between his P.E. assassin training, Takaoka, Karma, bullying, Karma, dealing with other bad situations 3-E has been in, and Karma, Nagisa's pretty accustomed to the rough stuff. Talk to me first if we're talking a serious injury, though.
Killing: Maybe with the right plot. Death is all part of being an assassin, after all. Both dealing it and being the victim of it. Talk to me first.
Telepathy/Mind Reading: That's fine. Might be fun to see Nagisa have to deal with that. He's got a lot of trauma and is pretty guarded with his thoughts.
Abilities and Warnings: Nagisa is an Assassin. He has access to things such as knives, firearms (both pistols and rifles), a stun baton, and other such gear such as other various military wear and devices, thanks to the nature of 3-E's assassin training. He's even used explosives and grenades, I'll respect your wishes on violence if this ends up being a problem, especially if weapons/gore is a trigger for you.
